Walk into your appointment with structured data instead of memories.

What's in the report

  1. Summary: attack frequency, duration, severity at a glance.
  2. Attack patterns: timing, day-of-week and monthly trends.
  3. Treatment: medication effectiveness and timing analysis, with a medication-overuse flag per ICHD-3 guidelines when relevant.
  4. Triggers: your personal ranking with evidence counts.
  5. Health context: pre-migraine biometric patterns vs your baseline.
  6. Attack log: a clean, chronological record.

The clinical core (summary, attack log, treatment analysis, MIDAS and HIT-6) is always free. The contributing-factors analysis (trigger ranking, pre-migraine biometric patterns and cycle-phase detail) is included while Premium or your free preview is active.

MIDAS and HIT-6

The report can include the two disability instruments clinics actually use. MIDAS builds automatically from short weekly check-ins; HIT-6 from a brief questionnaire answered at export time (you can skip it). Both are validated clinical tools your neurologist will recognise on sight.

Generating and sharing

  • Go to Settings → Reports → Export clinical report.
  • Choose a reporting period (last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and share as PDF: AirDrop, email, print, or save to Files.
  • Generation happens on your phone. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Bring the report to your next appointment: structured data tends to change the conversation.
